How does the purchase on NOKO with Splitit work?
To finalize the payment through Splitit, you will need to select the “Splitit” option when choosing the payment method. You will be redirected to a special section to verify the coverage of the amount on your credit card, entered at checkout.
If your request is approved, NOKO will email you an order confirmation with all the necessary information. Your order will be processed and delivered within the same time frame as other payment methods. If your request is not approved, you will need to choose an alternative payment method to complete your order.
How does installment payment via Splitit work?
Normally, the first Installment will be charged at the time of purchase. At the same time, Splitit authorizes the full amount of the purchase on your credit card and reserves the outstanding amount on it until the payment plan is finished. This authorization will appear as an unaccounted-for transaction, so the availability on your card may decrease but the amount will not actually be withdrawn.
Subsequent installments will be charged monthly according to the selected payment schedule, until the entire amount is due. Installments will appear on your statement as individual payments.
The amount of each authorization will be reduced monthly by Installments already paid. Splitit reauthorizes the outstanding amount when the previous authorization is above to exprie. As soon as the reauthorization is successful, the previous authorization is withdrawn.
What are the conditions for buying a product with Splitit?
To purchase via Splitit you must have a Visa or Mastercard credit card and have the total amount of the purchase on the balance of the card. No registration or login is required to use Splitit. In addition, no minimum order is required.
What happens if I want to return a product purchased with Splitit?
Returns within 30 days of orders paid via Splitit are handled in the same way as any other order. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your return request as quickly as possible. All paid installments will be automatically refunded.
