SELLER AND OPERATOR
NOKO bicycles and accessories are sold by TRA. FI. ME. SPA (hereinafter NOKO), headquartered in Contrada Pezzamandra snc, 95045 Misterbianco (CT). NOKO, through its Website www. nokobike. com, directly manages online sales and sells exclusively online and therefore we invite you to beware of any NOKO vendors outside our direct web circuit.
All goods ordered, sold, purchased and supplied via www. nokobike. com are covered by this sales agreement between NOKO and the purchaser, consumer or trader/trader.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Conditions), which may be subject to change, apply to sales made on the Website www. nokobike. Com. Your use of our Website constitutes your acceptance and a definite obligation to these Terms and Conditions.
NOKO reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. We encourage you to periodically review the updated Terms and Conditions and changes on the website in the “Terms and Conditions” section so you can always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to use this Website.
If you wish to purchase the products available in the online shop of www. nokobike. com you are obliged to accept these terms and conditions in full in order to place an order. Your use of our Website constitutes your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. In the event of rejection of the terms and conditions referred to in this section, no NOKO order may be processed. If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please contact our Customer Service prior to placing an order.
YOUR RIGHTS
NOKO is based in Italy and complies with the Italian law and consumer protection regulations, including with reference to e-commerce legislation. This means that shopping with NOKO is safe. Italian law and regulations are applicable to this contract regardless of the buyer’s location.
The Website is owned and operated by NOKO. This Website contains many trademarks and/or logos, trade names, trademarks of partner companies, service marks, copyrights and may also contain several protected trademarks of NOKO affiliates. These trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You acknowledge the nature of these trademarks and understand that you do not acquire, through use of this Website, any rights, title or interest in the trademarks. The consumer agrees not to modify, amend and/or exploit the trademarks, nor to participate in any activity modifying and/or exploiting such trademarks. All rights in these trademarks are reserved. Any misuse of trademarks is punishable by law; any use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES OF PRODUCTS
We ensure that all descriptions and images of NOKO products displayed on the Website are accurate and up-to-date.
It may happen that some images may be slightly different from the delivered product in terms of colour, shape and size due to the monitor settings.
ORDERS
By placing an order on the Website, the Customer declares that he has read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.
An order is only processed when:
- all data necessary to complete the order have been entered;
- the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, in all its points, by the Customer has been confirmed;
- you click on the “Send Order” button (or similar button).
Afterwards, a confirmation message will be displayed on screen.
Until you click the “Send Order” button, you can change the order and the data associated with it at any time. We reserve the right to accept or refuse an order and this decision is made at NOKO’s discretion. If an order is not processed, we will inform you promptly by e-mail. The confirmation of receipt only certifies that the order has been received by us; it is important to point out that the confirmation of receipt alone does not constitute a purchase agreement. The Customer shall not be entitled to any damages or compensation, as well as contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property, caused by the non-acceptance of the proposed order by NOKO.
The order confirmation is sent by e-mail only when our systems process and verify the order. The order confirmation therefore constitutes a purchase contract following which the product will be processed first and then shipped. Only after the order confirmation sent by e-mail, your credit card will be charged the amount.
The order confirmation email also contains a tracking number, so that you can independently monitor the progress of your order and your NOKO. Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the purchaser must print and store these general terms and conditions of sale and the relevant specific order form, which have been viewed and accepted. In fact, NOKO does not guarantee the storage in its systems of orders placed, regardless of their time execution.

All orders of NOKO products are subject to acceptance and availability of products.
Products available for sale change frequently and we reserve the right to make changes to products without notice. Some of our products may only be available in limited quantities.
All information about our products, including prices, is accurate and up-to-date. However, it may occur that the Website contains errors and/or inaccuracies regarding size, colour, stock availability or other matters, for which we do not accept any responsibility. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update product information at any time. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
PAYMENT
The prices displayed on the Website are in euros, VAT included. The VAT due will be clearly separated from the total price and indicated at the time of purchase. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated on the NOKO Website at the time of the Order transmission.
Different types of payment are available:
- Payment by credit and debit card
- Advance payment via SEPA bank transfer
NOKO accepts credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, Discover, JBC) through Stripe’s banking gateway. The data relating to the credit card used by the Customer are not known to NOKO in any way but reside exclusively on Stripe’s secure payment servers.
All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. In the event that payment by credit card is refused or the items you have ordered are sold out, the order will not be accepted and the Customer will be refunded.
With the prepayment, you will receive an order confirmation with our bank account information. As soon as the outstanding order amount is received, your order will be shipped. If payment is not received in due time, unfortunately NOKO will cancel your order.
Please note that any agreement you may have with your credit institution or other institutions may incur additional costs for electronic transfers, keeping an account, etc.
DISCOUNT
From time to time, NOKO may offer promotional discount codes. Unless otherwise specified, these codes can only be applied to purchases of full-priced items and may never be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts. The codes must be entered correctly at the cash register to be valid. You can only use one discount code per order and a promotional code cannot be used after an order has been placed. Discount codes cannot be used against delivery prices. Discount codes are valid only as specified at the time of issue and are subject to cancellation without notice.
DELIVERY
NOKO undertakes to send the products purchased on the Website as soon as possible, in any case, the estimated shipping time is 20 business days from the confirmation of payment. If the sale is indicated as “pre-order”, the products will be delivered as soon as stock is available (the date of this event is indicated on the Website).
The delivery address is the one indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Under no circumstances will deliveries be made to post boxes, mailboxes and such. The signature of an adult is required for the collection of each delivery.
In no event does the use of this Website (including, without limitation, the ordering, selling, purchasing and supplying of goods through this Website) give rise to any contract between the purchaser and third parties engaged by NOKO. The purchaser declares and warrants that all data and details provided to the Website for the purpose of ordering and/or purchasing goods through this Website are true, accurate, up-to-date and complete in all respects, failing which the purchaser shall be liable in accordance with the law, including for the protection of all other customers. You also represent that the credit or debit card you use is your own and that you are eighteen years of age or older or that you use this Website with the permission of your parent or legal guardian. By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, the purchaser expressly exonerates NOKO from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors or false information relating to the data provided by the purchaser at the time of placing the order, the purchaser being solely responsible for their correct insertion.
In the event of tampering with the parcel, the Customer who should accept the delivered goods without complaining to the courier of any tampering with the wrapping and/or the contents, shall assume all risks and consequences, automatically exonerating both NOKO and any third parties in charge of processing the order. Therefore, at the time of delivery the Customer is obliged to verify the complete integrity of the parcel. Should the package show any alterations in its packaging or obvious tampering, the Customer is requested to reject the package from the sender without accepting collection or to open it in front of the delivery staff and, if necessary, immediately submit a complaint with the corresponding written complaint to NOKO. In all such cases, the Customer will also be asked to inform NOKO immediately by e-mail to Customer Service customercare@nokobike.com. Should the Customer decide to collect the parcel despite the changes, NOKO shall not be held liable for any deficiencies in the content of the delivery.
In the event of loss/theft of an item, NOKO, once it has received the request for reimbursement and not having found an agreement for the replacement of the lost item, will reimburse only the amount advanced by the Customer as soon as possible and in any case not later than 14 days by bank transfer to the details provided by the Customer. The refund will always be paid only to the person who made the payment and under no circumstances to other parties, not even in the case of a gift to third parties.
No compensation may be charged or claimed from NOKO in the event of a delay in the processing of the order or in the delivery of the goods covered by the contract. The Customer may not refuse to receive the delivery except in the event of tampering, alteration or well-founded suspicion of damage to the contents caused by an obvious alteration of the package, in which case he will be asked to refuse it.
SHIPPING
We aim to ship your order in 20 business days from the confirmation of payment, subject to credit card authorization. Delivery time can vary according to stock availability and the volume of orders. The delivery address is that indicated by the Customer at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Orders shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and additional customs duties. Any additional costs shall be borne by the Customer.
