NOKOLIGHT is the ultralight city e-bike: 12.8 kg, battery not included. Designed for people who ride through traffic, take the train, climb stairs and want an e-bike that does not feel heavy when it has to be lifted.
Why choose an ultralight e-bike
Traditional e-bikes often exceed 25 kg. A lighter bike changes how you use it every day:
- Agility in traffic: it responds faster and more sharply between cars and in tight spaces.
- Easy to handle off the saddle: climbing a few steps, using the lift or taking it on the train becomes simple.
- Natural pedalling: with the motor off, or above 25 km/h, the wheel rolls freely, without the braking effect of some other systems.
Removable bottle-shaped battery
The battery detaches in a second and charges at home or at the office, without leaving the bike tied to a cable.
- Standard 252 Wh battery: up to 100 km of estimated range, fully charged in about 4 hours.
- 378 Wh battery (accessory): greater capacity for longer rides, up to 150 km of estimated range, with the same instant release.
- Two batteries used one after the other: up to 250 km of estimated total range.
Grinta motor and displays
The Grinta System motor sits in the rear hub: 250 W of power and 42 Nm of torque, with a cadence sensor for smooth assistance from the first pedal stroke. Five assistance levels, maximum assisted speed 25 km/h (European standard EN 15194).
- Compact display, standard: built into the handlebar, it shows the selected assistance level and speed.
- Colour LED display, sold separately: speed, battery charge level, fault alerts, selected assistance level, total kilometres, trip kilometres and motor power output.

- Aluminium frame in three colours: Black Obsidian, White Glacier Mist, Green Alpine Eclipse. Sizes S, M, L, XL.
- SunRace 10-speed drivetrain, SRAM hydraulic disc brakes, 700x35 tyres.
- 27 mm aluminium rims, 27.2 mm aluminium seatpost.
- Aluminium handlebar, Flat or Riser (BAM City and BAM Trek options available).
- LED front and rear lights included, kickstand included.
- Maximum load 120 kg.
- Every NOKO is tested and assembled by hand in Italy.

Frequently asked questions
If the battery runs out, does the motor create resistance?
No. The rear hub motor is designed to spin freely when assistance is off: the bike behaves like a traditional bicycle, and its low weight keeps pedalling natural.
Can I wash it with water?
Yes. The electrical system is sealed. Use a low-pressure garden hose, avoid pressure washers, and dry the chain and any parts prone to oxidation.
