WARRANTY
Every NOKO includes a 2-year warranty on components and a 5-year warranty on the frame and fork, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.

“Très très bon vélo au quotidien, malgré deux points d'ergonomie à améliorer J'ai pu tester le vélo tout un week-end sur différents terrains (route, ville et petits chemins). C'est un excellent modèle léger , maniable, réactif avec un très bon comportement. L'assistance électrique est particulièrement fluide et agréable : il répond parfaitement à mes besoins. Deux petits points à améliorer sur l'ergonomie : La télécommande proposé au guidon : Elle manque de réactivité et n'est pas très optimale à l'usage. La lisibilité des LED : Les voyants de changement de palier d'assistance sont illisibles en plein soleil. Il faut mettre la main au-dessus pour faire de l'ombre et deviner la couleur, ce qui n'est ni pratique ni sécurisant en roulant. En résumé : un super vélo que j'adore, mais des commandes au guidon qui mériteraient une UX !”

We’ll provide the return label and handle the logistics for you. As soon as we receive the bike, you’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Should you need assistance, we’ll guide you to the closest center, or, for more specific needs, we’ll arrange a fast pickup via express courier for direct service at our facility.

Your NOKO e-bike is delivered as standard 80% assembled. Once received, you will need to fit the front wheel, install and adjust the handlebar, insert and adjust the seatpost, and screw in the pedals. These are simple steps that can be completed in just a few minutes by following our step-by-step video tutorial.
If you prefer to reduce assembly to a minimum, a 100% assembly service is available on selected models. In this case, the bike is prepared with the front wheel already fitted and the handlebar already installed: once you open the box, you will only need to adjust the handlebar to the correct position, insert and adjust the seatpost, and screw in the pedals.
The 100% assembly service is not available for NOKOMAGMA, NOKOVULCANO and NOKOBLAZE.
