Shipping policy
Excellence takes time: every NOKO is a unique piece
NOKO e-bikes are not mass-produced products. Each unit is a unique piece, handcrafted and individually tested in our facilities in Italy to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. For this reason, preparation and shipping times are approximately 14 business days from order confirmation (or from receipt of bank transfer).
Note: Timing may vary slightly based on order volume, as stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Shipping Costs T
ransparency is fundamental to us. Shipping rates for Europe are as follows:
• Free Shipping: For all orders from 1,000€.
• Standard Rate: For orders under 1,000€, the shipping cost is 13€ throughout Europe.
Destinations and Restrictions
We ship to all countries within the European Union, with the exception of the United Kingdom (UK).
Shipping to Switzerland
For shipments destined for Switzerland, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fiscal charges are the responsibility of the Customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for precise details on these costs before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
All our shipments are traceable. Once the package is entrusted to the courier, you will automatically receive an email directly from the carrier with the tracking number and details to follow the delivery in real-time.
