Shipping charges
NOKO e-bikes ship free to supported European destinations. Accessory-only or other orders below €1,000 incur a standard €13 shipping charge in covered countries; shipping is free from €1,000. Actual shipping charges are shown before checkout confirmation.
Dispatch and transit
E-bikes are normally prepared and handed to the carrier within approximately 14 working days of order confirmation or receipt of bank transfer. Estimated transit after dispatch is 1–3 working days in Italy and 2–5 in other European countries. These are estimates, not fixed delivery-date guarantees. Statutory remedies for delay remain available.
Destinations
We do not ship to the United Kingdom. For Switzerland, any import VAT, duties or local charges are payable by the recipient. Available destinations and charges are confirmed at checkout.
Tracking
Once handed to the carrier, tracking details are sent to the customer. Please report visible transit damage to the carrier and customercare@nokobike.com; failure to note a reservation does not automatically waive statutory consumer rights.
