PAYMENT
Several payment methods are available:
- Credit and debit card payments
- Advance payment via SEPA bank transfer
[When paying with a credit card or PayPal, a service fee will be added to your payment. We only charge the fee imposed by credit card companies.] NOKO accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, Discover, JBC) via Stripe’s secure payment gateway. Credit card data used by the Customer is not visible to NOKO and is stored solely on Stripe’s secure servers. All card transactions are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If a card payment is declined or the items are out of stock, the order will not be accepted and a refund will be issued. For advance payments, an order confirmation including our bank details will be sent. The order will be shipped upon receipt of the payment. If payment is not received within the designated period, NOKO will cancel the order. Note that additional charges may apply based on agreements with your bank or financial institution.
DISCOUNT
From time to time, NOKO may offer promotional discount codes. Unless otherwise stated, these codes apply only to full-priced items and cannot be combined with other offers. Codes must be correctly entered at checkout to be valid. Only one discount code may be used per order and cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts cannot be used to cover delivery charges. Discount codes are valid as specified and may be canceled without prior notice.
DELIVERY
NOKO aims to ship products purchased via the Website as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping time is 20 business days after payment confirmation. For pre-orders, delivery will take place once stock becomes available (the expected date is shown on the Website). Delivery is made to the address provided at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not deliver to PO boxes or similar. An adult’s signature is required upon delivery. The use of this Website (including ordering, selling, purchasing, and product supply) does not establish any contract between the buyer and third-party entities hired by NOKO. The Customer guarantees that (a) all information provided is accurate, up to date, and complete, and that the card used is theirs, and (b) they are over 18 years of age or using the Website with parental consent. If the package appears tampered with, the Customer assumes full responsibility by accepting the package without reservation. Upon delivery, please inspect the package. If the packaging is altered or tampered with, refuse the delivery or open it in the courier’s presence, and submit a formal complaint to NOKO. Also notify NOKO immediately via email at customercare@nokobike.com. If the Customer accepts a tampered package, NOKO is not responsible for any missing contents. In case of loss or theft, NOKO will refund the paid amount within 15 business days via bank transfer, unless an agreement is reached for product replacement. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser. No compensation may be claimed for delivery delays. The Customer may only refuse delivery in case of evident tampering or damage.
SHIPPING
Shipping is at the Customer’s expense. We use the best available couriers and aim to dispatch orders within 20 business days from the purchase date, pending payment authorization. Shipping times may vary based on stock availability and order volume. Delivery is to the address provided by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the Customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
All products purchased on
www.nokobike.com are covered by a warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The standard legal warranty period is two years, or as required by law in each country. NOKO covers any non-conformity for two years from purchase for original buyers, including free repair or replacement. This warranty complements those offered by third-party component manufacturers. For those parts, contact the respective brand for warranty service. To claim the warranty, proof of purchase must be provided. The product must be properly maintained as per the user manual; NOKO may reject claims due to poor maintenance. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper accessories, unauthorized repairs, or wear-and-tear parts, including but not limited to:

Due to the inherent risks of cycling, this warranty covers only the replacement of defective components and not any resulting personal injuries. In case of an accident, NOKO’s warranty is void. For assistance, contact customercare@nokobike.com.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If unsatisfied with a purchase, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal by completing the form on the Contact Us page (
https://www.nokobike.com/it/supporto/) within 20 days from receipt. The following conditions apply: items must not be used or show wear, and must be returned complete with all accessories, packaging, and any items included by NOKO. Returns must be sent in a single shipment. Returned items travel at the Customer’s risk and cost, unless the return is due to NOKO’s error. No COD or shipping fees will be accepted by NOKO. Once your return is approved through our
Returns Center, you’ll receive return instructions via email. The package must be securely sealed. Tampered returns will be rejected to allow claims against the carrier. Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7 business days of return approval.
PRIVACY

2) PERSONAL DATA This includes any information that identifies you, including sensitive categories like health data or political beliefs. We specifically process: name, surname, phone number, email, and age group.
3) PURPOSE The data will be used for direct marketing purposes by TRA.FI.ME. S.p.A. to send newsletters and promotional materials related to NOKO products via email, phone, or postal mail.
4) LEGAL BASIS Data processing is based on your explicit consent, which can be revoked at any time.
5) PROCESSING METHOD Data is processed via paper, electronic, and telematic tools by authorized personnel and third-party providers under strict security measures. Communications are sent through NOKO’s platforms.
6) DATA DISCLOSURE Data may be shared with internal personnel and third parties for marketing-related services, all acting as data processors or independent controllers.
7) DATA RETENTION Your data will be retained no longer than necessary, specifically for the duration of the newsletter service or until consent is revoked.
